The weather in Beijing and Iowa City
The weather in Beijing and Iowa City are similar because of the wind and temperature. In Beijing, the wind is strong. Specially in Autumn and Winter. When I came to Iowa, I think the wind is more stronger than in Beijing. Sometimes I feel like I'm a kite, I almost fly in the sky. But the wind is clean in Iowa City. In Beijing, the sand will come with the wind together, the sky will turn gray. That makes my feel really bad. The next similar thing is the temperature. The temperature change very fast here, it can be really cold in the morning and night, also it can be really hot in the noon. In Beijing, the temperature will change often, but not as fast as Iowa. I think people will easy get sick in Iowa. Sometimes I was thinking about how can I survive in Winter at Iowa City. Hope I will not get sick. The wind and the temperature make the weather really similar between Beijing and Iowa city.

I believe you really will adapt in this winter. I remember that Beijing was so cold in september.

I hate when the weather is windy because it's really hard to walk outside because i feel like I will fly hehe..
You have made very interesting comparisons between Iowa City and Bejing. The weather does change quickly in Iowa City! I hope you don't get sick when the weather changes, either--take care of yourself!
